Adam Nevill is an award-winning writer of supernatural horror born in Birmingham in 1969. He grew up in England and New Zealand, worked various jobs (including a nightwatchman in London), and now lives in Devon. His work has won multiple August Derleth Awards and a British Fantasy Award. His novels 'The Ritual' (2017) and 'No One Gets Out Alive' (2021) have both been adapted into films by Netflix, whilst Apple TV will shortly air the series 'Ascension', based on the author's 2012 novel 'Last Days'.
