James Barclay has been writing books since last millennium and hence is extremely old. He’s published fourteen novels including The Raven Collection, The Elves Trilogy, Heart of Granite and The Queen’s Assassin. When he isn’t writing, he likes to disappear inside PC games, books and TV, under the water on a dive, or out for a long walk. He’s been married to Clare for over 20 years. They have two boys, 19 and 14, and two Hungarian Vizslas (best dogs, obviously). The latter are keen on the long walk thing, the former lean more towards the gaming and diving.
