David Gullen was a writer and occasional editor. David was born in Africa and baptised by King Neptune. He spent most of his life in England, living in south London with his wife, fantasy author Gaie Sebold. David sold over 60 short stories to various magazines, anthologies and podcasts. “Warm Gun” won the BFS Short Story Competition in 2016, with other work short-listed for the James White Award and placed in the Aeon Award. David passed away in August 2025, following a long and defiant battle with cancer.
