Stewart Hotston

Stewart Hotston lives in Reading, UK. Having completed his PhD in theoretical physics sometime around the dawn of history, Stewart now spends his days working in high finance. With a Celtic-Indian mother and a father of North African/Roma descent, Stewart is a somewhat confused second-generation immigrant living in the UK who has written many short stories and several novels including the BSFA nominated 'Project Hanuman' (Angry Robot) and the BFA and Speculative Chaos nominated 'The Entropy of Loss' (NewCon Press).

He has been nominated for the British Fantasy Awards, the BSFA and the Speculative Chaos awards for his fiction and writes literary criticism for, among others, the Hugo nominated team Nerds of a Feather. Stewart is also the chair of the BSFA and the treasurer of the British Fantasy Society.

He has also been a senior instructor at The School of the Sword.
